Citizens of Philippines, Iraq, Somalia, Syria and Indıa are required to meet the following to enter Turkey by e-visa:

- Citizens of Iraq with a valid ordinary passport can enter to Turkey from Atatürk, Sabiha Gokcen, Esenboğa, Sakirpasa, Gaziantep and Antalya Airports and Habur Land Border Gate by obtaining single entry e-visa for their travel up to 30 days.

- Citizens of Syria with a valid ordinary passport are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days within 6 months starting from the first day of entry.

- Citizens of Philippines with a valid ordinary passport with a valid Schengen or any of the OECD member country visa or residence permit can enter Turkey from all border gates by obtaining their 30-day single-entry e-visas.

- Citizens of Somalia with a valid ordinary pasport who are travelling with Turkish Airlines or Pegasus Airlines with a valid Schengen or any of the OECD member country visa or residence permit can enter Turkey from airport border gates by obtaining their 30-day single-entry e-visas.

- Citizens of India with a valid ordinary passport with a valid Schengen or any of the OECD member country visa or residence permit can enter Turkey from all border gates by obtaining their 30-day single-entry e-visas.
